Course Introduction:

The Financial Management course is designed to develop participants with the key finance skills they need in a business context. Participants will learn about budgeting, cash flow, financial statements and cost-cutting to make sure they implement successful business management practices.

This course will make participants learn about how businesses make financial decisions and study international financial markets.
